2018 BAG OF BLESSINGS

Bag of Blessings was a complete success, thanks to YOU! We were able to serve more than 1,000 children and adults in our community. Whether you donated monetarily, donated toys, or gave your time or your prayers, we thank you. Those who served, we cannot brag on you enough. You showed up on the rainiest, gloomiest Saturday, and you brought the sunshine with your smiles and love for Jesus. All of the hours of preparation were well worth it when you see a child smile when receiving a first baby doll or an adult receiving a brand-new pair of shoes.

We threw the best birthday party for Jesus, and there is no doubt in our mind that every child and adult walked away with a full tummy and a full heart feeling the love of Jesus! Thank you for your dedication to sharing Jesus with our community. If you would like to watch a highlight video of our day, click here!

BRING IT ON 2019!

We have a couple reminders as the year comes to an end, so here you go:

  • End of the year donations: Because we are a nonprofit, Curbside will be sending out tax deduction forms for all of you who made a monetary donation in 2018. If you would like to make an “end of the year” donation to Curbside and want it to count for 2018, THE DEADLINE IS DEC. 28th. Any donations made after this date will go towards 2019.
  • NO Curbside for the remainder of 2018. We will post the start up dates as soon as know them!
  • Curbside’s office will be closed Dec. 24th – January 2nd.

CURBSIDE CREW

KelliMae Sutherland

Parker Bennett & Lee Pointe

We take time each month to spotlight one of the MANY wonderful Curbside volunteers. This month, we celebrate KelliMae!

KelliMae has been with us for over five years now. KelliMae started out as a volunteer but now she serves faithfully as part of our staff at Curbside and we couldn’t do it without her!

If you know KelliMae, you know she has one of the biggest and kindest hearts, ever! Jesus’s love shines bright in her. She takes care of the van, sends our volunteer happy mail, and makes sure every kid feels loved, which she’s really good at! So much of what you saw at Bag of Blessings was thanks to KelliMae.

Thanks for all you do, KelliMae! We love you!
