SUMMER IS COMING!

Another school year is about to end and the weather is getting warmer. AND THIS IS OUR SWEET SPOT! We LOVE summer time at Curbside!

We hope you have taken advantage of the rainy days, because we will be kicking it hard on the streets the next few months! As we ramp up for summer, here are a couple reminders:

– PLEASE wear your Curbside shirt to each outing. If you do not have a Curbside shirt, and would like one, please email curbsidec3@gmail.com
– If you are not on our text message system, text the message @curbside1 to the number 81010.
– WE ARE HIRING!!!! For more information, email Terri at stsheldon@bellsouth.net
– WE NEED VAN DRIVERS! If you are available for a Tuesday/Thursday to drive the van, please let us know ASAP!

CAMP CURBSIDE: BEST WEEK EVER!

CAMP Curbside took place the last week in April, and we cannot get over how sweet the week was! The rain tried to stop us, BUT the party kept going!!

Over sixty of our Curbside kids gathered for three nights of “training.”
We played exciting games, ate delicious snacks, created fun crafts, and learned what it means to be in the Lord’s Army!

None of this could have been possible without the help of EACH volunteer. Whether you came one night or all nights, we cannot say THANK YOU enough. You are using your gifts to further the Kingdom, and that is no small task.

THANK you for loving each Curbside kid that showed up, and thank you for making CAMP such a success! We can’t wait to do it all again next Spring!

CURBSIDE CREW

Adam & Mallory Hyman

Lee Pointe
We want to take time each month to spotlight one of the MANY wonderful Curbside volunteers. This month, we want to celebrate the Hyman family!

You might have heard Adam and Mallory sharing their testimony on the Curbside Facebook page! Their story of getting to Curbside is special, but what is even more special about the Hymans is their willingness to do whatever it takes to share the Gospel. These two get the true meaning of “GOING to make disciples.”

They have taken a couple of our Curbside kids into their lives and changed them for the better. Because of Mallory and Adam’s heart, they have shared the Gospel with these kids, which has led to a salvation and a baptism. You two are the hands and feet of Jesus, and we are so thankful to have you BOTH!
